We are constantly amazed at how much business we get from simply answering the phone. It seems like a no-brainer, but somewhere along the way, people have lost their manners. Just saying please and thank you is lost on many.
Please know that we appreciate your business and without you, there wouldn’t be a Whirlwind Roofing and Construction Company. And when we say we are going to do something, know that it’s not jibber jabber. We will do it.
Life isn’t perfect and sometimes things go wrong, but we will bend over backward to resolve any issue. (Note: things often go wrong, but hopefully you’ll never know it because we are ON it.)
There’s nothing better than a customer giving us a hug when the job is done and telling us how easy we made the process.
