Community Involvement

Our commitment to our community runs deep, and we are dedicated to supporting these charitable organizations.

Build My Future

Our owners Brooke Laizure and Dave Laizure enjoy mentoring high school students to consider the skilled trades as a profession. Each year, they participate in Build My Future, one-day construction career days in Tulsa and Oklahoma City for high school students that offers interactive, hands-on exhibits from organizations in the skilled trades.

National Women in Roofing

National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is a 501(c)6 volunteer-based organization that supports and advances the careers of women roofing professionals. Co-owner Brooke Laizure is a Founding member and has served as Chairperson, Vice-chair, and Community Chair of the Oklahoma chapter.

Angel Flight Oklahoma

Angel Flight is a 100% volunteer, local 501(C)3 charity organization of pilots and friends arranging free air transportation to medical treatment to those in need. Our marketing manager, Debra Laizure, has served on their board of directors since 2004 and has twice received the Volunteer of the Year award in 2006 and 2018.

WANTT, Women Accessing Non-Traditional Trades is a charitable organization creating paths for women to earn family-sustaining wages through pre-apprenticeship training and experiences that will teach skills for entry into construction apprenticeship work.
